JAM Sports
JAM Sports is North America’s largest adult recreational sports and social play platform, connecting 150,000+ active players across 39+ cities through year-round leagues and tournaments. The platform operates at the intersection of sport, community, and lifestyle — creating consistent engagement with highly active adults.
As part of a strategic commercial exercise, I developed a comprehensive partnership growth plan designed to transform JAM’s sponsorship function into a scalable, performance-driven revenue engine.
The project focused on building a clear tiered sponsorship architecture (League Platform, Program, and Event & Content Partners), formalizing pricing structures, defining activation deliverables, and mapping a growth trajectory from $200K to $500K+ in annual partnership revenue — with a long-term pathway toward $1M+.
The strategy blended:
- Structured sales pipeline design (200+ priority brands)
- Pilot-to-scale activation models
- Tiered sponsorship inventory
- Data-backed ROI tracking systems
- Cross-department collaboration frameworks
- FIFA World Cup 2026 commercial positioning
In parallel, I developed a full partnership proposal deck (JAM x BioSteel) to demonstrate how grassroots sport platforms can expand brand narratives from elite performance into the “everyday athlete” market through experiential activations, content storytelling, and measurable engagement.
To operationalize execution, I also created a Partnership Performance Scorecard to track weekly prospecting, meeting cadence, conversion ratios, activation delivery, and renewal pipelines — ensuring commercial discipline and revenue visibility.
This project demonstrates my ability to design commercially viable sponsorship ecosystems, build scalable revenue structures, and align brand activation with measurable business outcomes in the sport and entertainment industry.
